April 2024 Campout
Group Dynamix Lock in
Team Building and overall Fun!
April 13th, 2024 from 9pm-7am
I. Campout Theme:
Team Building Lock-in, Ropes Course, Black Light Dodgeball, Laser Chase, GaGa Ball, Nine Square in the Air, Archery Tag, Human Foosball, table top and lawn games plus more!
II. Departure Time and Place:
You will need to coordinate your own transportation to the event, we need to be there 15min prior to our start time which is 9pm. We will take roster before anyone goes in to ensure everyone is there.
IV. Transportation:
We will travel by car for this campout.
V. Return Time:
The lock in will be over at 7am Sunday morning. We expect everyone to coordinate rides from Group Dynamix back home. We will be taking a roster for departure so we can ensure everyones ride has gotten there. Please do not be late as the adults will be tired and ready to head home after all scouts have been accounted for.
VI. Food:
Scouts should eat before coming. We may or may not order pizza that night we will discuss the week prior.
VII. Personal Equipment List:
Wear close-toed shoes and comfortable clothes for the activities. They will provide activities for the entire duration of the lock-in, You are welcome to bring in pillows and sleeping bags if you plan to sleep. Bring your water bottles and/or change for the vending machines.
VIII. Cost:
The cost is 25$ per scout. We have booked 25 spots but will be able to add more if needed. There will also be a cost for food if we want to bring in pizza. Adult chaperones will be free, we will need a total of 4 to go.
IX. Weather:
Unless something Crazy happens weather should not be an issue as this is indoors.
X. Schedule:
Arrive by 8:30pm
Depart by 7:00am

This will be an awesome Lock-in with a ton of fun activities. They will handle everything so you just need to show up and have fun!
Waivers- waivers must be filled out prior to showing up.
